- Concrete Patching – Localised repair of spalling, honeycombing, voids and other concrete defects. Cementitious or resin-based repair materials are selected to suit the repair depth, substrate condition and exposure environment.
- Spray-Applied Concrete Repair – Rapid reinstatement of large concrete repair areas using spray-applied structural mortars or gunite systems. Mechanised application allows higher production rates while achieving the required repair profile and reinforcement cover.
- Reinforcement Treatment & Corrosion Protection – Cleaning and treatment of exposed reinforcement, including corrosion removal and application of protective primers. Where specified, galvanic cathodic protection anodes can be installed to provide ongoing corrosion protection.
- Section Rebuilding – Reinstatement of large or deep concrete sections using form-and-pour techniques. Concrete, micro-concrete or high-flow grouts can be poured, gravity-fed or pumped to rebuild complex sections and encapsulate reinforcement.
