Concrete defects can occur at any stage of an asset’s lifecycle, from newly constructed infrastructure requiring remediation before handover through to ageing structures affected by deterioration, corrosion and damage. Direct Inject delivers specialist concrete repair solutions that restore structural integrity, durability and long-term performance while minimising disruption to construction and operational activities.

Concrete Remediation.

Direct Inject provides specialist concrete remediation services across new and existing infrastructure. Our capability ranges from the remediation of localised surface defects and concrete reprofiling through to extensive section rebuilding involving the controlled removal of deteriorated concrete, treatment of exposed reinforcement and reinstatement using engineered concrete repair systems.

Services

Concrete Patching – Localised repair of spalling, honeycombing, voids and other concrete defects. Cementitious or resin-based repair materials are selected to suit the repair depth, substrate condition and exposure environment.
Spray-Applied Concrete Repair – Rapid reinstatement of large concrete repair areas using spray-applied structural mortars or gunite systems. Mechanised application allows higher production rates while achieving the required repair profile and reinforcement cover.
Reinforcement Treatment & Corrosion Protection – Cleaning and treatment of exposed reinforcement, including corrosion removal and application of protective primers. Where specified, galvanic cathodic protection anodes can be installed to provide ongoing corrosion protection.
Section Rebuilding – Reinstatement of large or deep concrete sections using form-and-pour techniques. Concrete, micro-concrete or high-flow grouts can be poured, gravity-fed or pumped to rebuild complex sections and encapsulate reinforcement.
